08.27.09 TimelessWealth.net features due diligence material on undervalued
investment: WLSA (Part 3).
Dear Subscriber,
We offer you the following
material to illuminate key partners, relationships, and their role
in ensuring Wireless Age Communications, Inc. a successful
renewable energy enterprise. The two sections this newsletter will
consist of are:
-
The Canadian mission: Port Hope, Ontario Canada
-
The American operation: Hartford, Connecticut USA
John G. Simmonds, Chairman and CEO Wireless Age Communications, Inc. has
structured several multi-million dollar corporations in his
decades of experience as a senior executive. As technology
continues to progress, it compliments Simmonds’ aptitude of
assembling seasoned professionals in any given industry. Plasma
gasification technology is a solution to an ongoing worldwide
crisis. The renewable energy sector continues to encourage
multi-billion dollar government investments including the stimulus
package granting up to sixty billion ($60,000,000,000) in loans
for renewable energy power generation and electric transmission
projects that begin in the next two years.
The Canadian mission: Port Hope, Ontario, Canada.
Sunbay Energy Corporation.
Under the
leadership of Jordan Oxley, Stein Lal, and other veteran
politicians, Sunbay Energy Corporation seeks benefit under the
Green Energy Act of Ontario. The movement ensures competitive
electricity rates and long-term power purchase agreements. Port Hope, Ontario
will join the minority of
other cities that have adopted plasma gasification technology in
North America. Dedicated to improving Ontario
’s electricity system, an installment of $14,100,000,000 is to be
distributed by 2013. Contract negotiations between the Ontario
Power Authority and Sunbay Energy Corp. will be announced shortly.
Wireless Age Communications’ interest in the Port Hope, Ontario
project will yield the company $2,000,000 annually in net income,
reflecting fair market value of $0.69 per share once the share
structure reduction is finalized.
Europlasma.
The
prestigious France-based plasma torch technology manufacturer
exclusively signed to participate in the development of the Port
Hope, Ontario
plasma gasification project. Their primary role involves the
provision of (1) world-renowned plasma torch technology, and (2)
operating capital financing the development of the project.
Logically their secondary role entails consultation based on their
15+ years of operation and experience with the technology,
specifically.
Turtle Island Recycling.
Landfills and incineration have proven costly to our fragile
environment. The expenses associated with shipment of trash out of
the province of Ontario have been disregarded by the state of
Michigan that passed a law banning the import of Canadian garbage. As a
major hauler of waste in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Turtle
Island Recycling has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to supply the
project in Port Hope, Ontario
will the necessary quantity of feedstock (trash) to be treated
thermally. The waste is broken down into organic substance as
opposed to combustion (burning) which emits excess carbon dioxide
among other greenhouse gases. Between the feedstock contractor,
Turtle Island Recycling, and the land in Port Hope, Ontario
that Sunbay Energy Corp. purchased and received rights for
developing a plasma gasification plant, Wireless Age
Communications, Inc. qualifies for the criteria under the Ontario
Power Authority’s power purchase agreements. The location is
ideally positioned along a major provincial highway and a national
railway, The Canadian National Railroad (CN).
The American operation:
` Hartford, Connecticut, United States of America.
The Connecticut projects are the first of
their kind in the state. While many key participating executives
are yet to be named, Simmonds commented on the Resource Recovery
Facilities (RRFs) and their expiring operations, specifically in
Hartford, by 2011. These
multi-billion dollar incineration establishments would need an
alternative to continue their business in the state of Connecticut due to a political waste
management movement. Plasma Gasification is the alternative
technology Wireless Age Communications, Inc, proposed in
cooperation with Sunbay Energy Corp. The project would involve a
handful of these facilities state-wide, valued in at over half a
billion ($500,000,000). These projects would add astronomical
shareholder value to the proposed fair market value of
$0.69/share, derived solely from the Port Hope, Ontario project.
The Metropolitan District (MDC).
The MDC provides household hazardous
waste collection to eight member municipalities -- Bloomfield,
East Hartford , Hartford , Newington , Rocky Hill, West Hartford ,
Wethersfield and Windsor -- and to portions of other towns in the
region. The MDC, under contract to the Connecticut Resources
Recovery Authority, also handles waste transportation and
processing operations associated with the Mid-Connecticut Project,
a trash-to-energy facility serving more than 65 Connecticut
municipalities. Responsibilities of the District include
processing 860,000 tons of solid waste annually for the State’s
Mid-Connecticut project, maintenance of the Connecticut River and
shoreline as part of the Riverfront Recapture Project, and
household hazardous waste collection. Restructuring incineration
and implementing plasma gasification technology collaboratively
with Wireless Age Communications, Inc., would insure significant
electricity output and continued business for this government
establishment.
Connecticut Resources
Recovery Authority (CRRA).
The Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority is a quasi-public
agency established by the state in 1973 to modernize Connecticut
’s solid waste disposal. CRRA enabled the state to replace a
patchwork of "town dumps" by making a major commitment to
trash-to-energy and backing it with recycling and safe, modern,
engineered lined landfills. CRRA’s board of directors and
management team develop and implement environmentally sound
solutions and best practices for solid waste disposal and
recycling management on behalf of municipalities. CRRA's four
solid waste projects serve more than 110 Connecticut cities and
towns. A practice that the CRRA anticipates to adopt is plasma
gasification technology. Wireless Age Communications, Inc. will
benefit once more with this massive partner forced to seek an
alternative to their current waste management technique.
Significant shareholder value is never born overnight. It is a
process of compounding – compounding one successful project after
the next, just as Wireless Age Communications, Inc. has made it
their goal to capitalize on the emerging renewable energy sector
continent-wide. As these deals are publicly announced, projections
are made, and one successful trial leads to the next, Wireless Age
Communications, Inc. will amass greater potential return on
investment (ROI). Remember that the intention is listing on a
higher exchange, emphasis on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX),
NASDAQ, or perhaps even the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in due
time. I encourage you to review previous materials, including
valuation analysis, market capitalization, and the associated
potential ROI. Please contact John G. Simmonds, Chairman and CEO
Wireless Age Communications, Inc. for further information at 1
(905) 833-2753. All the best.
Sincerely,
Edward Stevenson.
