It is with great pleasure that I present you an overview of due diligence on Wireless Age Communications, Inc. (WLSA.PK). A presentation has been created for your benefit and enjoyment whether you are an existing shareholder or interested investor. The presentation may be viewed here or here.
The presentation contains materials that were only recently stumbled upon. Such things as government initiatives with the Ontario Power Authority offering an investment of $14.1B to enhance the Ontario electricity system, as well as the Green Energy Act which will ensure government involvement in renewable energy projects, such as the one Wireless Age is pursuing.
A connection has been made between Wireless Age, their intent in acquiring rights to renewable energy projects in North America, and Sunbay Energy Corp., Port Hope. The relationship may result in a merger or acquisition; I await word from the company to confirm such intents.
